1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using alterlink, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What you can do
You may create shortened links, track clicks, manage custom slugs (based on your plan), and use other features available to your account tier. You retain ownership of your links and their destination URLs.
3. Prohibited use
Do not use alterlink for: phishing, malware distribution, spam, illegal content, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and remove links that violate these rules.
4. Payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed annually. You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from service downtime or data loss.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your links may be deactivated and data deleted per our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
